Adding another big sound for the choir of people who claim the next iPhone can have always-on the screen. As a note of 9to5mac, Bloomberg Mark Gurman used weekly “Power On” Newsletter said the 2021 iPhone has the potential to have an “Apple Watch-like” always-on display with a better battery other than the 120Hz refresh rate, a smaller screen notch, a A15 chip and Upgrade video recording.
Gurman does not describe the screen function always on-. However, the last leak of Max Weinbach suggested Apple using LTPO (low temperature polycrystalline oxide) the panel, such as Apple Watch and several Android phones, can go down to a very low refresh rate to offer continuous information without a big hit battery life. You might see some notifications, batteries and hours without having to wake your phone.
The author also uses a newsletter to narrow down the time frame for the length of the MacBook Pro Report. He now expects Apple to start mass production from a mini LED laptop equipped in the third quarter of 2021 (aka this summer) with the launch between September and November. It’s still a bit vague, but it suggests you won’t have to wait until next year (or watch for the surprise of the initial announcement).
The new MacBook Pro is rumored to have a ‘flat’ design like a new iMac (minus color) when using taking strongerly on the Apple M1 chip that can support up to 64GB of RAM and more ports. Mini LEDs can provide a screen that ratio of contrast offers height and brightness while keeping the battery life check.
