Make your own natural sports drink
Coconut water is very hydropping and often used to rehydrate after being involved in severe physical exercise or when recovering from uncomfortable stomach situations that can make us visit porcelain thrown several times a day. Coconut water contains natural electrolytes such as potassium, sodium, and manganese. However, the varied amount depends on how old the coconut is and how much water is extracted from coconut. Beat until the sweetener is dissolved and then pour it into a glass. Add a lot of ice cubes and cover with soda water. For homemade hard seltzers, you can add half of the vodka into the mixture or just leave the virgin.
Orange blood moscal mules
Moscow Mules is a perfect refreshing summer, ginger seasoning and the touch of limestone carrying vodka to life. With this recipe, you can also leave Vodka and even enjoy the pleasure and freshness of this deep and sweet orange flavor and all antioxidants and the strength of vitamin C.
Mix one ounce of blood orange juice by squeezing lemon and top with sugar-free ginger beer for all the spirit without a very strong sweet taste.
