Jeff Bezos will go into space, along with his brother Mark and the youngest and oldest people to explore above the Kármán line. The first blue passenger flight happened today, and you will be able to watch Shepard’s newest new trip into space from the Texas desert when it happened.
The owner of the blue origin and former Amazon CEO Bezos invited Wally Funk to join the mission. Funk is a pioneer of an 82-year-old flight which is one of 13 women who practice for space missions as part of the program back in the 1960s. None of the Mercury 13 had been successful until now.
Other passenger seats will be filled by an 18-year-old Oliver Daemen, which is the first customer payment of the new Shepard. The person who won a $ 28 million auction for fourth place decided to travel in a new Shepard later on due to “conflict scheduling.”
You can watch direct flights through the flow below. The elevator is scheduled for 9 am ET and the flight must last for about 12 minutes.
